Meanwhile, Kate's co-stars in "You, Me and Dupree" Matt Dillon and OwenWilson have both confessed to having crushes on her.
The beautiful blonde said, "Maybe it has to something to do with the factthat I'm half-naked for half this movie.
"It could have something to do with me being in my underwear for a lot ofthe time.
"I've always been very open with my body."

GUYS LIKE WORKING WITH ME - BUT I'M USUALLY HALF-NAKED

Kate says the topic of young marriage was part of the reason why she signed up for the comedy.
SHE'S a beautiful and talented actress who plays poker and wanders around semi-nude... little wonder then that Matt Dillon and Owen Wilson have confessed to having big crushes on Kate Hudson.
The trio became great pals as they worked together on new comedy You, Me and Dupree - and 27 year-old Kate is clearly delighted by the compliment.
"That's so cute!" she squealed. Then she searches around for an explanation why two handsome Hollywood men might be interested in her.
"Maybe it has to do with the fact that I grew up with all boys, so I'm kind of comfortable with boys.
"I'm totally ready to play poker at any time, and if they want to kick a soccer ball around, I'm ready."
Or maybe it has something to do with the many scenes in the film where she wears a bikini, or less.
"Yes, maybe it has something to do with the fact that I'm half-naked for half this movie," laughed the blonde.
"It could have something to do with me being in my underwear for a lot of the time."
She said: "I've always been very open with my body in films, even if it's Skeleton Key when I was 30 pounds overweight. I have no qualms about being open with my body. I mean, it's part of what I do, so I'm OK with it, as long as it's not exploitative." Kate says the film was a "blast" for all three - and that Owen was particularly hilarious.
She said: "I don't think I've ever laughed harder with any body. Matt was really funny too.
"I love to laugh. And it was really hard for me to get through a lot of these scenes. I had to cry in one scene, but the second I looked at Owen's face, I would fall apart laughing.
"God, it was the hardest thing I've ever had to do."
You, Me and Dupree is a, light comedy, where Kate's character and her new husband (Matt Dillon) find their home has been turned into acrashpad for her husband's best friend, Dupree (Wilson).
He sleeps on their couch, eats their food and has sex in their living room.
Off-screen she's been married for six years to Chris Robinson of the Black Crowes, and they have a two and a half year-old son, Ryder.
Unlike her movie character, however, Kate said she knew exactly what she was getting into with Chris, who is 12 years her senior.
She said: "I remember one of the first things I said to him was 'Tell me everything that you think I'm not going to like about you'.
"And he went on for about an hour and a half. Then I still married him."
The couple now split their time between a New York apartment, endless tour hotels when The Black Crowes are on the road, and a house in Los Angeles, which was Kate's childhood home.
Like the couple in Dupree, however, they often have long-term visitors, since Chris' musician friends frequently come over for lunch - then stay for weeks.
Kate said: "I always like having these people crashing at my house.
"I'm OK with waking up and stepping over musicians, or people, pizza crusts everywhere."
"I'd be up at 5am to go filming and I'd be stepping over these characters to get to the door. They would be passed out all over the place, but I truly didn't mind.
"There's two in particular - twins believe it or not - whose genitals I've seen one too many times but they are very harmless. It's actually more just they're comfortable with themselves."
Little Ryder, a blond bombshell who is the image of his mother, also takes the piles of snoozing rockers in his stride.
Kate joked: "He's the only two year-old I know that prefers to b e around tattooed bearded men. And I'd say he's definitely going to be some kind of performer.
"He's just so committed and he's a perfectionist, which means he's either going to be a bitter musician or a method actor. I'm terrified."
Amother first, and an actress second, Kate has turned down a lot of work since her marriage and chooses films that fit in with her husb and's tour schedule, which is no mean feat.
She said: "It's really hard. My mum and my dad could do it because one could do a movie and the other could stay home, but Chris is on the road all the time."
Kate's mother is of course Goldie Hawn and Ryder's middle name is Russell, after Goldie's long-time partner Kurt Russell, who has lived with the family since Kate was three and whom she always regarded as her father.
She has never been particularly close to her birth father, musician Bill Hudson, and it's Kurt, the man she calls "Pa", who taught Kate family always comes first â?" and who always supported her choices.
She said: "After I married Chris, Pa was asked if he was nervous or worried that I got married too young.
"And he said, 'I'm never worried about Kate. I'm worried about the guy who marries Kate,' which I love because that shows that he's got confidence in his daughter. He's always been pretty good. My parents let us make our mistakes."
As for growing up in the shadow of a famous mother, it was never an issue.
"I have zero problem with people when they say 'you look like your mother'," Kate said firmly.
"I think it's great."
Kate always knew she wanted to go into the family business.
As a child, she'd chop up sweatshirts so she could pretend to be Jennifer Beals in Flashdance or prance around in an Annie wig singing Tomorrow.
However, Goldie did everything she could to prevent her daughter from following her into acting.
Kate said: "I begged her. I wanted to act. And she kept telling me 'no'."
Aged seven, on the set of Goldie's 1986 movie Wildcats, there was a girl Kate's age playing her mother's daughter, and Kate had to settle for b eing the girl's stand-in during lighting and camera preparation. "Even so, I just loved it."
Finally, when Kate was 11, Goldie agreed to let her audition for a TV show. She got the role but Goldie didn't tell her, turned it down and kept it secret for a year.
Astonishingly, Kate says she wasn't at all annoyed with her mother. In fact, she later turned down a big role in Escape From L.A., because it starred 1 Kurt Russell.
"I didn't want to be professionally associated with my dad," she said. "I just wanted to see if I could do the audition."
It was her role in Almost Famous, as groupie Penny Lane, that made her name.
She won a Golden Globe and was the bookie's favourite to get the Best Actress Oscar -only to lose out to Marcia Gay Harden.
"I felt so bad because, afterwards, I got so many calls, with people going, 'I lost money betting on you'," she said.
But instead of fast-tracking her career after Almost Famous, Kate stepped back because she had met and fallen for Chris.
The relationship has not always been ideal - Kate has said more than once that she would like the family to settle in one place so she can have more kids, but Chris shows no signs of wanting to end his rocking days.
Ayear ago there were even rumours that the marriage was in trouble. While she admits they have their ups and downs, Kate insists they're still strong.
After all, Goldie and Kurt have stuck together for more than 20 - sometimes stormy - years.
Kate said: "Chris and I are pretty well suited for each other, although we're not perfect. My mother always said I was the little girl who would jump in the deep end when I didn't know how to swim."
"That's kind of how I got married. I jumped in the deep end and figured he wouldn't let me drown. And he hasn't yet."
You, Me and Dupree is out on August 25.
